Return/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancelation

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for refund, exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.  Items MUST be in the original manufacturers' packaging.  Food, beverage and pharmaceutical products are not subject to return, except in case of our error. We make returns simple! Simply call us and let us know you have a return and what the item is and we do the rest! Refunds to be credited to your account upon reciept of merchandise. Returns of special order, custom made, assembled merchandise and some dated goods is generally not allowed but will be handled on an individual basis with restocking fees and applicable frieght charges. Cancellation of items to be done through our customer service department. Please call 816-452-1650. Delivery/Shipping Policy Orders in Metro Kansas City area will be shipped via our delivery vehicles. Customers outside the Kansas City area will be shipped via most effective delivery method.
